NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

ON PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATED COST ON THE TIMBER RIDGE WATER SUPPLY AND METERING IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT

The Benton County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 13, 2013, at 9:20 a.m. in the Boardroom, 2nd floor, Benton County Courthouse, Vinton, Iowa, on the proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, and estimated cost for the Timber Ridge Water Supply and Metering Improvements Project. At the hearing, any interested person may appear and file objections to the proposed plans, specifications, contract, or estimated cost of the project.
