Government : Sidewalk Maintenance Reminder

The City of Vinton wishes to remind property owners, including business owners, that they are responsible, under city ordinance, for the maintenance of the safety of abutting sidewalks. This includes the removal of any leaves, fruit, nuts, etc from trees that are located in and around the sidewalk areas that may affect the safety of pedestrians utilizing the sidewalk.
