McKesson Corporation has recently filed a complaint against Shopko to stop selling products made by the company after Shopko failed to pay the pharmaceutical company since November of 2018.

Mike Riege, Virginia Gay Hospital's Administrator of 29 years was ambushed by Vinton Unlimited on Wednesday afternoon. Riege is retiring at the end of this week, and was honored for his hard work and dedication to quality healthcare in Benton County.

Benton Community Bus involved in accident, no injuries reported

A Benton Community School District bus and two other vehicles collided on Friday afternoon. No serious injuries were reported. The accident happened southwest of Norway on Friday afternoon.
