Clipper Corner Raises Funds for Gifts of Hope

In October, Clipper Corner held a raffle to raise money for the Gift of Hope program that offers help to those facing a breast cancer diagnosis. Clipper Corner raffled a pink purse full of over $300 worth of products at this event.

Vinton's Lions Club raises $3,100 for Eastern Iowa Honor Flights

The Vinton Lions Club held their chili supper at the fire station on the night of the Patriotic Christmas Parade in an effort to raise money to donate to the Eastern Iowa Honor Flights.

9th Annual Tree Walk a Success

The 9th Annual Tree Walk is now in the books. Thanks to the Sole Corporate Sponsor, Farmers Savings Bank and the generous folks in the community, Virginia Gay Hospital was able to raise $11,295.

Annual Koop's Toy Drive Underway

The annual Koop's Sales and Service Christmas Toy Drive is under way. Jeremy Koopman and his staff at the auto dealership have begun collecting donated toys for distribution through Horizons.
