Tour de Lights 5K Wraps up 14th Annual Race

Tour de Lights kicked off the race with a perfect winter scene, just enough snow for effect. Racers lined up to take off at promptly 5:00 p.m. and the first place winner crossed the line 17 minutes and 51 seconds later.

Holiday with a Cop to kick off its first Annual Event

The Vinton Police Department wants to spread holiday cheer to community children in Vinton. The Vinton Police Deparment will be hosting our first ever Holiday with a Cop! With the help of the schools, the police department will select a number of children from the local schools to participate in the program this year.
