The annual Vinton Kiwanis Easter Egg Hunt begins at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 4, at Riverside Park

The Kiwanis have been organizing this Vinton event for a half-century or longer.

Rodgers Park event to include goat raffle

An hour after the event at Riverside Park, the Benton County Conservation Board and Ehlinger's Vinton Express are sponsoring an Easter Egg Hunt at Rodgers Park. This event includes prizes for adults, as well as an Easter Egg Hunt for the grown-ups, after the children's hunt. In recent years, participants could sign up for a drawing for baby rabbits or chicks. That drawing will also be part of this year's event. There will also be a raffle for a goat.
