Jjust a reminder that 1:1 Computer Roll outs are coming up next week. All students will need to be registered in PowerSchools and outstanding bills paid before they are able to take their computer home with them.

Outstanding Balances can be paid here: https://vscsd.revtrak.net/tek9.asp?pg=products&grp=10

9th Grade and "New to District" Students will have a 30 minute presentation in the HS Auditorium at 1pm OR 5pm. We will fill out paperwork in the commons and then go to the LMC to get the computer and turn in paperwork, community service hours or payment.

10th-12th Grade students will have a 15 min presentation that will be shown in Room 160 (Health/Spanish room) on a continuous basis like a museum exhibit. Once the recording has started, no one will be allowed to enter until the next showing. Students/parents will continue to the LMC to turn in paperwork, community service hours, and payment before receiving their computers.
August 18: 3pm-7:00pm
August 19: 1:30pm-6:00pm
August 20: Back to school nights, Mrs. Meyer will be available if requested.
**All make up sessions will be the 9th grade recording to accommodate more students/families at one time.

Alternative High School Students will do their roll out during their Orientation Night. Contact Mrs. Hamilton for more information.

Alternative sessions are available for those that request it. They will be dependent on our back to school schedule, but we will make things work.
No computers will be handed out prior to the August 17 dates. Please make arrangements to come in before school starts or that 1st day of school with the early out.

Community Service hours are due Sept 1. No exceptions will be made. We have shared this deadline with students and families several times since May 1 and there have been many opportunities posted on our website, on our FB page, and sent out via School Messenger.

Worth Ave Insurance option:
The $71 policy is an annual policy with a $0 deductible that will cover all damage or issues with computer only. Chargers are not included in the coverage. This would be instead of the $50 Co-op fee (with strikes) and the 15hrs Community Service (with strikes). There will be no strike system with the Worth Insurance option due to $0 deductible.
