Brad Curtis Cronbaugh
Brad Curtis Cronbaugh, 56, passed away after a long battle with cancer on September 4, 2015, at the Ed and Joan Hemphill Hospice Unit at St. Luke’s Hospital in Cedar Rapids. He was born September 25, 1958, in Marengo, the son of Larry and Helen Cronbaugh.
Brad graduated from Urbana High School in 1977.
Brad was a talented guitarist and played lead guitar during his youth in a couple of rock bands.
Eugene Gustav Kraus
Eugene Gustav Kraus was born November 10, 1923, in Garnavillo Township, Clayton County, IA to August and Irene (Herchert) Kraus. He attended school in the Clayton County country school system and then farmed for his father. He served his country in the US Army during World War II in the European Theater Occupation Force in Germany.

VINTON – Glenn Marshall Seltrecht, 75, died Friday, September 4, 2015, at Virginia Gay Nursing and Rehab in Vinton.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, September 8, 2015, from 4 to 6:30 p.m. at Van Steenhuyse-Russell Funeral Home in Vinton. Funeral services will follow at 6:30 p.m. with Chris Lafler officiating. Private interment will be in Davenport Memorial Park.

Kari England, 50, died Tuesday, September 1, 2015, at home from a lengthy battle with Melanoma.
Memorial services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, September 5, at Iles-Westover Chapel. Private inurnment will be at the Iowa Veterans Cemetery at a later date.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, September 4, 2015, at Oak Grove Church in rural Shellsburg with Pastor Stephen Watson officiating. Visitation will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday, September 3, at Van Steenhuyse-Russell Funeral Home, Vinton.

Sophia Anne Danner, 99 years 312 days, of Muscatine, passed away Friday, August 28, 2015 at Lutheran Living in Muscatine. Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at Saint’s Mary and Mathias Catholic Church. Father Troy Richmond will be the celebrant. Burial will be held at Muscatine Memorial Park Cemetery.

Vinton—Frank William Ohlsen, 68, died Friday, August 28, 2015 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Cedar Rapids following an extended illness. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, September 1, 2015, at Wesley United Methodist Church with Rev. Dr. Judith Bunyi officiating. Following lunch at the church, burial with military rites will be in the Dysart Cemetery.

Everett was born October 17, 1924 near Buffalo Center.
On July 6, 1946 he married Arlene Techau at Springville.
