SJ May 16, 2016, 1:15 pm Our family & Vinton just lost a gem. Sammy was the sweetest, happiest, friendliest most loving person I ever knew. He never knew a stranger because he loved to visit and reminisce with everyone. When Sammy & Queeny drove by, his waving arm was always out the window.
RIP Dear Sam, you will be missed on every street in Vinton.
