Game 1 rematch: Union to face Decorah in Class 3A title game
The Union Knights will end their 2011 football season this Saturday against the team they defeated when the season began.
But this game against Decorah will have much more at stake: The Class 3A Championship.
Union earned its first-ever berth in the State Championship Game by defeating previously unbeaten ADM-Adel, 42-28.

QB challenge: ADM senior leads only 3A unbeaten vs. Union tonight
Union advanced to tonight's Class 3A semifinal by finding a way to contain the arm and legs of Maquoketa QB Chase Coakley, who had led the Cardinal offense to five touchdowns against Union earlier in the season.
Tonight they face an even tougher QB challenge: ADM-Adel senior Gavin Glenn.

Scheel leads Union to victory in Maquoketa rematch; Knights heading to UNI-Dome
Two words. Jay Scheel.
The sophomore sensation put on a show tonight in a 21-13 Knight victory, beating the 10-1 Maquoketa Cardinals who beat Union earlier this year, 35-15.
On the Cardinals' opening possession, the game resembled the last matchup very closely. QB Chase Coakley started off a perfect 7-of-7 passing and drove the Cardinals down the field before completing a TD pass to an uncovered receiver.
