Giant walleye to be on display near Cedar River

Drivers have been stopping by to gawk, and take photos of, a 20-foot long walleye sculpture that fills Brian Parr's Vinton driveway. The local artist and city council member has recently completed the large fish, and says he is working on a plan to put it on display somewhere near the Cedar River.
