Ryker Bailey of Vinton was born with just one kidney. The little 3-year-old, his mom said is  fun-loving and outgoing in spite of all he's been through.

Vinton's First Baptist Church provided Vinton residents with a traditional Thanksgiving meal. Each year the church prepares meals for the residents to enjoy.
