Bob DuCharme, former owner of Tactical Creations, was charged earlier this year with three charges including:-Assault with intent to commit sexual Abuse, a misdemeanor -two counts of Lascivios acts with a Child, Class C feloniesAs part of these convictions, he was required to register as a sex offender on Iowa's Sex Offender Registry.

Downtown Vinton this past Saturday night, was filled with around 300 calssic cars that rolled in for the 40th annual Car Cruise. Engines rumbled, paint jobs gleamed, and more than a few folks were caught drooling over chrome bumpers that looked polished enough to double as bathroom mirrors.
