Visitation, without the body present, will be Friday May 21st at Phillips Funeral Home (Keystone) from 4-8pm. Richard Stephan Whipple, 59, passed away peacefully at his home on April 7, 2010. A memorial service was held at 4 p.m. Thursday April 15 at Meadows Valley Jr-Sr High School, 500 Miller Ave in New Meadows, Idaho.
He was born March 16, 1951 in Des Moines, Iowa to Richard and Rose Whipple. During his early grade school years, his family moved to Vinton, Iowa and he spent most of his childhood there.
