The city council had a double header set of meetings on the day after Christmas. Beginning at 6:00 p.m. the council attended a work session to discuss designated parting for 303 1st Ave. in Vinton. During the Work Session the council discussed parking concerns with Patrick Horst of Horst Physical Therapy. Patients are in need of parking closer to the business so that they can more easily make it into the business without further injury, especially in the winter.
