City Council covers several topics, from pit bulls to "Who owns the light poles?

Thursday night's council meeting gave the council a full agenda to discuss. Benton County Supervisors hear comment in support of Pit Bull Ban

Less than 10% of Iowa has a ban in place. Blue shows the communities with breed neutral laws and red shows communities with breed bans or restrictions across Iowa. Concerns about the pit bull ordinance were addressed at the Benton County Supervisor's weekly meeting on Tuesday which can be seen here at the 31 minute mark, by Julene Jensen.In the 20 minute speech, She wanted to ask a few questions of last week's presenter on the topic of how it would benefit Benton County taxpayers, where he lived, and if he had any pit bulls.
