Tuesday's Supervisor meeting began with a call to order, and a change to the agenda, taking off item 10 until a later time. The Agenda was then approved as well as minutes from the last meeting.

Tracy Seeman reported in Tuesday's Supervisor meeting that the tower project by Racom is now about 95% complete. Shellsburg, Atkins, Newhall and Mt. Auburn are waiting for the coaxial cord to be run from the tower to the stations for the base radios.

Vinton Class of 1965 Reunites

The Vinton Class of 1965 held a Class Reunion this year. Meeting on Friday night the group went to Berry's Lanes and on Saturday they enjoyed a meal catered by Smokin' on the Cedar at the George G.

Shelby Van Weelden, daughter of Vinton Unlimited's Director, Melody Snow has begun her final training for the race of a lifetime. Shelby is a firefighter in Cedar Rapids and began making plans to ride in the Annual Mongol Derby, in Outer Mongolia.
