Emma Mae Campbell
Emma Mae Campbell was born December 25, 1934, at her home in rural Garrison, Iowa, the daughter of John and Elsie (Hinkle) Sturtz. She was baptized at St. Martin’s Church, rural Marengo in 1951. She graduated from Norway High School. Emma worked at Collins Radio in Cedar Rapids. Emma was united in marriage to Mitchell Franklin Campbell on October 27, 1957 at St. Mark Herdliska
Mark Herdliska, 66, of Norway, Iowa, passed away Friday July 12, 2024, at Oldorf Hospice House in Hiawatha. Service will be held Thursday, July 18, 2024, 11:00am at Cedar Memorial Chapel of Memories. Rosemary Gessner, 97, of Newhall died peacefully on July 11, 2024, at Ridgeview Assisted Living in Cedar Rapids surrounded by her loving family. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Paul Catholic Church in Newhall at 10:00 AM on Monday, July 15, 2024. He was born on April 14, 1957, to Dr. Joseph Leonard Monahan Jr. and Betty Lou (Shanahan) Monahan in Clinton, Iowa.
