Rozella Marie Close, 62, passed away at her Wylie, Texas, residence on February 5, 2013. She was born in Waterloo, Iowa, on January 5, 1951. Her parents were the late John and Nell (Yarrow) Schmitz. Rozella met the love of her life, Eugene Close and they were married April 24, 1971, in La Porte City, Iowa. Russell 'Rusty' Weisert

HAYESVILLE -- Hazel A. Bird, age 81, of Hayesville, died Saturday, February 9, 2013, at her home.
Hazel was born May 5, 1931, in Sigourney, to Harley and Violet (Miller) Woods and attended Sigourney schools. On July 22, 1948, she married Harold Bird. The couple lived in the Hayesville area, where Hazel sold Avon and Tri-Chem for several years. Shirley Rae Geiger
VINTON – Shirley Rae Geiger, 58, died Sunday, February 10, 2013, at the Dennis & Donna Oldorf Hospice House of Mercy in Hiawatha following a long illness.
Visitation will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. Tuesday, February 12, 2013, at Van Steenhuyse-Russell Funeral Home in Vinton. Per Shirley’s wishes, she will be cremated following the visitation and inurnment will be held in the spring at the Brandon Cemetery. Dorothy Alice Lane

In accordance with Kevin's wishers there will be no public services.
Kevin was born August 28, 1956 in Cedar Rapids to Mel and Leita (Feckley) Faas.
