Ruth Lorraine Corlew, 80, formally of Vinton, passed away Thursday, May 26, 2011, in the Monarch Wing at Skiff Medical Center in Newton, Iowa. Funeral services for Ruth will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 1, at the Pence-Reese Funeral Home in Newton. Rev. Mary E. Foust, 83, of Omaha, Nebraska passed away Saturday, April 23, 2011. Mary, former resident of Garrison, Iowa and Waterloo, Iowa moved to the Omaha area to be near family in 2007.
Mary Poulter was born July 13, 1927 to Dr. Robert William Poulter and Effie Mae Poulter (Ganoe) in Jefferson County, Iowa. She married Delwyn (Del) Wayne Foust in 1954, and they made their home in the cities of Waterloo and Garrison, Iowa.
