It's the most wonderful time of the year they say. Most of the time I agree. The other day as I drove around looking at the Christmas lights, I wished that the Christmas season lasted way beyond December.

Editor: I served as a USAF Captain during the Vietnam era; we called it SEA (Southeast Asia Theater).  I did not serve permanent party my main duty was Nuclear Alert (SAC) Strategic Air Command; I was a Squadron Copilot on KC-135 Boeing Stratotanker aircraft I was only there Temporary duty a short time.
