In the race for State Senator District 42.Colman Silbernagel came in with 938 votes in Benton County and 576 in Linn County giving him the lead with 1,514 votes. Charlie McClintock had 413 in Vinton and 1,099 votes in Linn County bringing his total to 1,512.I expect that this race will face a recount.
