In 2013, Kirkwood Community College and Mount Mercy University mark their 15th year of a landmark partnership that provides working adults with a quality accelerated path to a bachelor's degree.
"Our partnership with Mount Mercy has provided a tremendous service to working adults in this area," said Kay Bone, program manager for Kirkwood's adult accelerated learning formats.

Eastern Iowa College Fair Set for September 18
On Wednesday, September 18, Kirkwood Community College's rec center will be transformed into a “higher education shopping mall” as more than one thousand prospective students and their parents compare college choices from 9 – 11 a.m., at the annual Eastern Iowa College Fair.
Representatives from nearly 100 higher education institutions will talk with interested area residents.
