Governor Reynolds signs Harvest Proclamation Extension
Today, Gov. Kim Reynolds signed an extension to the proclamation relating to the weight limits and transportation of grain. The proclamation is effective immediately and continues through January 29, 2022. The proclamation allows vehicles transporting corn, soybeans, hay, straw, silage and stover to be overweight (not exceeding 90,000 pounds gross weight) without a permit for the duration of this proclamation.

Damien Lawrence Hunt, convicted of Arson 1st Degree and other charges in Pottawattamie County, failed to report back to theDubuque Residential Facility as required yesterday.Hunt is a 38-year-old White male, height 5'9", and weighs 197 pounds. He was admitted to the work release facility on October 14, 2021.Persons with information on Hunt's whereabouts should contact local police.
