"Trump! Thank You!"A Benton County family was able to spot and call out to Former President Trump while at the Iowa State Fair this week.  Standing behind a row of State Troopers, the mother shouted, "Trump! Thank you!" The trooper in front of her quickly said, "You didn't have to say anything!" In the video you can hear the local mom being surprised that President Trump heard her.

Electric Pole hit along C Ave.

Vinton's electric crew has been working at the corner of C Ave. and 10th St. to replace a pole that had been hit. The pole was tilted just enough that crews saw a need to reset a new pole in the ground to correct the issues.
