Hidden Rocks group keeps sharing positive messages

There are, as of this morning, 634 members of the Hidden Rocks of Vinton, Iowa Facebook page. Hundreds of kids and parents have been participating in the informal activity since April, and the project continues to grow and the rocks are becoming more creative.

Jake's Legacy: Community and caring

Many of us, including this writer, were in church on Sunday morning, April 8, when we first prayed for Jake Wilson, and the volunteers who were searching the Wolf Creek area in La Porte City for the autistic teen who had been last seen walking toward the creek the previous night.
