GOVS cup fund-raiser under way at JQS

The partnership between John's Qwik Stop and Vinton-Shellsburg schools continues with the annual GOVS cup refill fund-raiser. For $20, residents can purchase a cup and can have free refills on coffee and soft drinks through Christmas of this year.
