Tyler Jacobson, 32, passed away on Thursday, January 9, 2025. A Service of Remembrance will be held on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, at Phillips Funeral Home Chapel (212 E. 6th Street) in Vinton at 1:00 PM. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 also at the Phillips Funeral Home Chapel from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Luncheon will be held at the Urbana Legion following the service. Praise the Lord, he is fully restored!Jack was born June 22, 1936, to Vernon and Faye (Bilyeu) Mann in rural Shelby County, MO. He graduated from Shelbyville High School in 1954. Lorraine found much joy in her doll collection, cooking for family get togethers at our childhood home, crocheting, knitting,felting, and sharing her vast knowledge with her children.

Phyllis Jean Millard Mischke, daughter of James and Mary (Morlan) Millard was born in Jefferson, Iowa on October 16, 1945. She passed away at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa on January 16, 2025 at the age of 79 years.Phyllis grew up in Jefferson, Iowa. Fidencio "Bo" Bravo III, age 60, of Freestone Road, Morehead, passed away Saturday, January 11, 2025, at UK – St. Claire Medical Center in Morehead.He was born April 16, 1964, in Wichita Falls, Texas, and is the son of Dolores Calderon McLaughlin of Garrison, Iowa, and the late Fidencio Bravo, Jr. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by two uncles, Joe and Danny Calderon and one cousin, Joseph Calderon. Dale Charles Havran, 92, of Norway, IA passed away January 15, 2025 at his home surrounded by family.Dale was born December 16, 1932 to Charles and Minnie (Peters) Havran in Benton County, IA. He graduated from Keystone High School, class of 1951. Following school, Dale was drafted into the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. Upon his honorable discharge from service, Dale returned home to help work the family farm.
