Flash Mob brings excitement to beginning of Vinton shopping season

Vinton, Iowa’s first ever flash mob took place during their Christmas Open House on Sunday, November 24th.  The Open House is a tradition in Vinton and kicks off the Christmas shopping at stores throughout town.
