Secretary Naig Issues Statement on WOTUS Court Decision
Iowa Secretary of Agriculture Mike Naig released the following statement after the court's decision today on the new Waters of the United States (WOTUS) rule:“The court’s decision to grant an injunction on the Biden Administration’s Waters of the United States rule is very welcome news for Iowa agriculture. This rule is too broad, too burdensome, too intrusive and far too costly.

A Mother's TransformationVictoria decided she needed to make changes to provide a better life for her unborn child and was admitted into the Heart of Iowa residential treatment program on 3/03/2021. In the beginning, she started using Meth by way of smoking it and then, later on, became addicted to using it via IV. She also experienced some mental health issues and received assistance with managing it and she experienced domestic violence in previous relationships, including the one with her unborn child’s father.
