Bobbins and Boards creates Handicapped-Accessible Baby Bed

Mr. Boards has just finished a very rewarding project. A few months ago, an expectant couple visited with a photo of a handicapped-accessible crib. You see, the young first-time mother-to-be is confined to a wheelchair and she wanted to be able to put her baby to bed.

On Friday night, from 5-7 p.m. stop out at Bobbins & Boards for a pizza from Opal & Hazel's Wood Fired Pizza. $1.00 from each purchase will go toward covering the cost of the free Thanksgiving Dinner that is kindly provided by the First Baptist Church in Vinton each year.

For the fourth year in a row, Clipper Corner will once again hold its annual Gift of Hope raffle this year. To be part of the raffle for their gift basket will be $5 per ticket or six for $25.
