East-Central Iowa Rural Electric Cooperative Sustains Damages at Its Vinton Operations Shop Urbana Iowa, March 6, 2022 — East-Central Iowa Rural Electric Cooperative reported today that its Vinton operations center sustained damages from the storms that passed through the Benton County area last evening.
