Benton County Republicans to meet January 10

The first meeting of the year for the Benton County Republicans, is this coming Tuesday, January 10th, at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Van Horne Community Center located at 508 1st Ave, Van Horne.  We will have a time of food and fellowship before conducting business.  Bring along your favorite beverage and a snack or dessert to share!Please also mark on your calendars our February 14th meeting.

Iowa Attorney General Brenna Bird Takes Immediate Action on Day One

Bird joins lawsuits to defend Iowans' freedoms, begins audit of victim services, and recruits more prosecutors. Iowa Attorney General Brenna Bird took immediate action today on her first day in office by joining lawsuits, making moves to hire new prosecutors, and launching a full audit of victim services. These actions have been taken ahead of her official swearing in on Thursday, January 5, 2023.

‘I’m very thankful,’ Miller says as he prepares to leave office
