‘I’m very thankful,’ Miller says as he prepares to leave office
Attorney General Tom Miller shares his gratitude with Iowans after serving 40 years in office. He will leave January 3. I’m very thankful to Iowa voters. Iowa reaches $5 million agreement with JUUL Labs over advertising to Iowa youth
JUUL Labs Inc. has agreed to pay $5 million over four years and revamp its targeted advertising in Iowa under a settlement reached with Iowa Attorney General Tom Miller to resolve potential violations of Iowa’s Deceptive Trade Practices Act. “This agreement strikes a balance in truthful advertising and promotions of JUUL devices and pods,” Miller said.
