For 12.5 years, Vinton Today has been able to publish the names of those who comment on articles without any problem. Because of recent events, aka readers who commented on articles were now being tracked down and harassed on social media, comments will now look different.

Saturday night accident, no serious injuries

Saturday night, at approximately 10:30 PM the Benton County Sheriff’s department, Vinton Fire Department, Vinton Police Department, and North Benton Ambulance responded to an accident on the east side of Vinton.
