Chance “C J” Walker, 35, died November 30, 2020 at his home from natural causes.A Memorial service will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, December 7, 2020 at the First Baptist Church in Vinton with Pastor John Karrick officiating.Chance was born in Vinton January 28, 1985, the son of Tracy and Beckie Driscol Walker. Wessling, 91, died peacefully Monday, November 30, 2020 at Virginia Gay Hospital in Vintonfollowing complications of a fall.Private Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary Catholic Church in Vinton with Father Jim Brokman as celebrant. Arlene Sindt, 88, of Story City, formerly of Van Horne, died November 30, 2020 at Bethany Manor in Story City after a nine-year battle with Alzheimer’s. Funeral services will be 2 PM, Friday, December 4, 2020 at St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church in Van Horne with Pastor David Lingard officiating. Interment will be at Keystone Cemetery near Keystone. Dennis Eldon Von Ahsen, 69, passed away peacefully on November 24th, at the VA Hospital of heart failure after a courageous battle with cancer, with his family by his side.
