He graduated from Washington High School and enlisted into the U.S. Navy in August 1983. He lived a full life of 91 years and 16 days being born to Ivan and Verda (Ulmer) Bridgewater on November 8, 1932 in Hopkins, Missouri during a record breaking snow storm. Kathryn was born on Nov. 3, 1939, in Belle Plaine, Iowa, to Mike and Lyda Bennet Hoover.Kathryn was a devout Christian and began teaching Sunday School when she was 11 years old. Linda Lee Moore
Linda Lee Moore, 80, of La Porte City, passed away on Wednesday, November 15th at ABCM Rehabilitation Center, in Independence.Linda was born on July 19, 1943, in Waterloo, Iowa, to her parents Roy and Thelma (Goudy) Fritz. She grew up in La Porte City and after high school, she attended beauty school, where she obtained her cosmetologist license. Floyd Leon Utsinger, 85, of Belle Plaine, formerly of Oquawka, Ill., passed away Wednesday, Nov. 15, 2023, at his home, where he was under hospice care with Care Initiative.
