Paul Thomas “Tom” Gallagher, 72, of La Porte City, passed away unexpectedly at his residence on Thursday, November 9, 2023. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 15, 2023 at Van Steenhuyse-Teahen Funeral Home, Vinton, with Chaplain Brian Reeves officiating. James Raymond Daily 84, of Belle Plaine, IA passed away Nov. 8th 2023 at home under the care of Essence of Life Hospice his family was by his side.He was born on April 8th 1939 at the Prairie Creek farm on Highway 30 to Patrick and Jeannette (Raymond) Daily. A visitation will be held from 4 - 7 p.m. on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Cedar Rapids. A memorial service will take place at 11 a.m. on Thursday, November 16, 2023, at the funeral home. Burial with Military Honors will follow at Linwood Cemetery in Cedar Rapids. Debra Lee (Fleming) Hansen, 71, passed away Friday, October 20, 2023, at Mercy One hospital in Waterloo, IA.Deb was born in Waterloo, daughter of Myrl E. and Barbara A. (Romick) Fleming. She married Dean LeRoy Hansen, April 12, 1969 in Traer, IA. Together they started their family on a farm north of Clutier, IA.Deb began her working career as a customer service representative in the parts and repair department of Sears, Robuck and Co.

Eugene Grant Dick II, 85, of Edmond, Oklahoma, passed from this life on October 5, 2023 after a long battle with Alheizmers.He was known as Grant to everyone who knew him. David R. Fish, 73 of Belle Plaine, Iowa passed away on November 7, 2023, at University of Iowa Hospital under the care of Hospice Compassus and the Palliative Care Team.David was born on October 14, 1950, in Belle Plaine to David R. Fish Sr. and Katheryn (Boyd) Fish. He grew up in Belle Plaine, graduating with the class of 1968. He earned his bachelor’s degree from UNI in 1973 where he was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity.
