Garbers, 80, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 25, 2021 at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM, on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at St. John Lutheran Church in Newhall with Rev. Jeffrey Schanbacher and Rev. Steven Rempfer officiating. Interment will be at the Keystone Cemetery.

Marc Christopher Smalley, 54 years old, died while visiting Tyson's Corner Virginia on November 7th, 2021. Marc was born on April 1, 1967 to Vicki Lynn Turner, and at the age of 2 he was adopted by Roger and Ima Jean Smalley, who divorced when he was young.Marc spent his grade school years in the Vinton school system, then moved to Wyoming Iowa, where he continued his education.

Edna Mae (Covington) Eldridge passed away peacefully on November 22, 2021 at the Vinton Lutheran Home in Vinton, Iowa. Edna will be buried alongside her loving husband, Richard “Dick” William Eldridge, at Bear Creek Cemetery, rural Vinton. Richard preceded Edna in death, dying on November 1, 2020. Their love story is now complete as he welcomed her to their heavenly home.

He graduated from Belle Plaine High School in 1990. Continuing his education at Kirkwood Community College in CAD and obtaining an AA degree in Computer Science.

Patricia Darlene Eash Hagen, 85, of Waverly, Iowa, died on November 15, 2021. Patricia was born September 21, 1936 in Wellman, Iowa, to Doris Patricia (Foreman) Eash and Stanley Monroe Eash. She grew up on the family farm near Wellman graduating from Wellman Public High School in 1954. She attended the University of Iowa with a double major in voice and piano, graduating with a Bachelor of Music degree, and also attended Drake University where she completed an elementary and junior high classroom teaching degree.

Eddie Ray Studebaker of Quasqueton, IA died November 14, 2021, at the Buchanan County Health Center of diabetic complications. Eddie was born December 14, 1945, to Charles and Luella (Abernathy) Studebaker in Vinton, Iowa. He attended Vinton high school with the class of 1964.On November 23, 1964, he married Linda Geiger in Vinton. They had five children.

Johnson, 55, of Belle Plaine, Iowa passed away Monday, November 15, 2021 following his battle with cancer.Dan was born August 11, 1966 to Roxy and Linda (McCaughey) Johnson in Anamosa, IA. He graduated from Lincoln Community High School, Stanwood, IA in 1984. From the time Dan graduated high school he was involved in Fire and EMS services.

Misty Kay Henle, 53, of Coralville, IA passed away November 15, 2021.Misty was born March 6, 1968 to Meryl and Marianne (Stephan) Hartung in Mason City, IA. Traveling with her family, they ended up in Mount Vernon where she graduated high school. In school she enjoyed marching band, playing the baritone saxophone. Following school, Misty spent a short time in Boston as a nanny.
