Benton SWCD Public Meeting Notice
The Benton Soil and Water Conservation District Board is holding a public meeting on September 22nd at 3:00 p.m. at the Benton County Fairgrounds during the Benton County Assistance Fair. The Board will be gathering input about the natural resource issues of the county, as they develop the goals for their 5-year Soil and Water Resources Conservation Plan.
Office of Senator Ernst to Hold Traveling Office Hours in Benton County
Regional Directors for U.S. Senator Joni Ernst (R-IA) will be holding traveling office hours in all of Iowa’s 99 counties to assist Iowans in their dealings with federal agencies. Help is available for a range of casework issues including COVID-19 assistance, derecho recovery, Social Security, Medicare benefits, veterans’ benefits, military affairs, passports, immigration issues, and other federal programs.

If you have already filled one out and mailed back to us from a different mailing, you do not need to send another.**There are plenty of different organizations mailing this out**.
