COVID-19 Numbers
At this point, the state of Iowa does not have a law concerning the wearing of masks. Some have contacted me asking me to remind people that it is the law, when in fact it is not. The wearing of masks is an attempt to help curtail the spread of COVID-19. At this time, Benton County COVID numbers of active cases are lower than they were before the last peak at 46 cases currently.

With more people at home during pandemic restrictions, and summer a peak time to work on home improvement projects, it's more timely than ever that residents remember to dig safely.
