Benton County Democrats to Meet

The Benton County Democrats will meet at the Benton County Fair grounds to set up the fair booth on July 12th at 6:30pm.The next regular meeting will be at La Reyna Restaurant in Vinton on 4th street at 7:00pm on July 18th.

3rd Street project to begin Monday; parking to be prohibited between 3rd-9th Avenue

First the good news for Vinton residents: One of the busiest and most in-need-of-repair streets in Vinton will soon be totally replaced. Now, the bad news: Parking on East Third Street, from 3rd Avenue to 9th Avenue, will be prohibited through the beginning of October, beginning this Monday.

New Vinton PD Reserve Officers Sworn In
