November 10, 2020The Benton County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with Supervisors Primmer, Bierschenk and Seeman present. The meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m. Members of the public were provided the zoom access capability to join in during open session and watch live at the county’s YouTube channel. Unless otherwise noted, all actions were approved unanimously.

An arrest or criminalcharge is merely an accusation and the Defendant is presumed innocent, unless proven guilty. Intrastate Warrants are issued by Law Enforcement Agencies for crimes happening in their jurisdictions.

The following ordinance will be read two more times before approval by the City Council. The ordinance would allow recreational Utility Vehicles to operate more freely in the city limits.Please note that the vehicles are NOT allowed on certain sections of state highway that runs through Vinton...C Ave. and certain sections of 3rd St. as well as the one block coming in off of the bridge.

Due to COVID-19 virus, the meeting was also held electronically using Zoom which was hosted at 110 W 3rd Street.
