Mary Ann Graham, 85, of La Porte City, died Monday, May 15, 2023, at Bickford Cottage in Cedar Falls.She was born March 7, 1938, in Waterloo, daughter of William "Bill" and Lois Rose McNamara. She attended OLDA in Waterloo and graduated in 1957 from Loretta High School in Chicago.She married Vincent J. Graham July 25, 1959, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Waterloo; he died April 21, 2006. Wayne Rolland Merchant, 88, of Cedar Falls, passed away Monday, May 8 surrounded by his family.He was born May 22, 1934 in Garrison, Iowa, the son of Wendell and Alverta Merchant. He graduated from Garrison High School in 1951, where he lettered in basketball and baseball. James “Jim” Arvin Raymond, 68, of Waterloo, died Thursday, May 11, 2023, at home surrounded by his loving family and friends. He was born September 7, 1954, in Waterloo, the son of Robert and Mary Tragord Raymond. Jim graduated from West High School in 1972 and worked for John Deere from 1972 until his retirement in 2014. Even as a young man, Jim demonstrated thoughtfulness to other people above himself.
